Wow, I never thought I'd hit 10,000 minutes. In a year. And, lost 60-lbs in the process.

I'm thankful for SparkPeople, because if I hadn't come here, I wouldn't be in the best shape that I've been in since when I was skiing competitively in high school. I think I may be in better shape than that, actually.
