8/26/13 - 145 From my highest weight I have lost 62 lbs overall after several tries and many years. My goal now is to lose 10 more pounds by Nov. 30, 2013.
I believe 135 would be my ideal weight, unless my doctor tells me different. I am only 4' 10" tall, so I have a problem with BMI readings.
I have been on a plateau for over a year but have just started losing again so I think this should be doable.
I will weigh in every Monday morning. Doing the weigh in on Monday will help to keep me accountable over the week end.
9/9/13 After a big town and family weekend of events and lots of food, I have gained. Was down to 144, but now 146. Time for some serious exercising and less eating. Next Mon will be better, I know!!! WELL I DID GET BUSY TODAY - I walked for 20 min. and walked on treadmill for 20 min. 40 min. total and my calories are at the very lowest end of range. 1200. good start.
