I've basically maintained the last few weeks at 240. Right now I am 9lbs short of my goal for Feb 2014. I don't want to get any further behind because I really would like to be below 200 at that time.

Right now I'm working on the next 15lbs!

8/26/13 - 145 From my highest weight I have lost 62 lbs overall after several tries and many years. My goal now is to lose 10 more pounds by Nov. 30, 2013.

I believe 135 would be my ideal weight, unless my doctor tells me different. I am only 4' 10" tall, so I have a problem with BMI readings.

I have been on a plateau for over a year but have just started losing again so I think this should be doable.

I will weigh in every Monday morning. Doing the weigh in on Monday will help to keep me accountable over the week end.

9/9/13 After a big town and family weekend of events and lots of food, I have gained. Was down to 144, but now 146. Time for some serious exercising and less eating. Next Mon will be better, I know!!! WELL I DID GET BUSY TODAY - I walked for 20 min. and walked on treadmill for 20 min. 40 min. total and my calories are at the very lowest end of range. 1200.

Only part of this that bites..admitting to others..ouch.....initial weigh in (and unless phenomenal loss, don't expect frequent updates :) ) 189 lbs...looking for excuses here..not good...

ooh, should we make fat a demon and we have to 'exorcise' it away? lol

Is it okay until we have some self encouragement via loss, before we show a 'ticker'?
