After 2-3 months of doing bits of exercise here and there, Im (today!!!) feeling stronger!!! I put on a couple of DVDs Ive been working on these past two months and was feeling 'pumped up' during the hard bits -like it was easier than before, where I would attack the reps slowly and with terrible form, so I guess its paying off XXX LuCy
