How did you do? I haven't done so well these past couple days. I just found my note for the first day... I was supposed to give myself a small SparkGoodie for meeting my goals, but completely forgot!
I had planned to put in one mile on Friday, but I am up too late for that now especially because I have to get up early in the morning. I would make a cleaning-related goal, but cleaning is what I have been doing. It seems silly to make a goal for something I have already accomplished. I do need to get lots of rest to prepare for Saturday's 5K, so today's goals are:
1.) Be in bed Friday night by 9:00 p.m.
2.) Drink 8 glasses of water
3.) Three freggies
My bonus goal is to be sweets-free all day. I need every advantage I can get for this race!
My reward for meeting all three goals will be a SparkGoodie costing up to 15 points. If I complete all three goals AND the bonus goal, the SparkGoodie may cost up to 25 points.
