Hi JAYSBUNBUN, ouch.... sorry about your jump but I hope your back is OK and you recover soon. Yes, it's a long stretch before the next season, but I look at it as a time given to get in better shape.

Hey i'm Missy :) and i'm an AVID snowboarder....i literally spend my winters shredding pow whereever i can find it. I was put on my school's ski/board team this year (college) so i got to shred alot. My home mountain is Jiminy Peak in Mass but this year i spent alot of time riding at Sunday River in Maine and Carinthia at Mount Snow in the terrain park :) We also hit up Okemo. Unfortunately our last run of the season...i went a little to big on a jump and almost broke my back, so right now i'm recovering from that. Not looking forward to summer since i can't snowboard :(

Enjoy! Sounds awesome! I feel your excitement and can't wait to go too (4 more days for me before the trip)! I hope for deserted slopes also....

LOL yeah, I was lucky.
And the night before I spent about 2 hours on the bunny slope at another place - it was deserted 'cuz the roads were bad. The only people there were me and the carpet operator. haha
Last night it rained on all my lovely new snow.

I went for the first time this season yesterday, it was quite rough, only went down our short run twice. Neither time did I do very well on getting off the lift, but I did fine going down the hill. Small problem with my bindings - hopefully we'll figure it out this weekend. :)

Hi DANIELLESAUTUMN! I'm from Sacramento, CA and I mostly hit the slopes near Lake Tahoe area. Squaw, Northstar, Kirkwood, Heavenly... some of my favorites. I haven't hit the powder yet this season but I will be soon!

Where are all the Snowboarders at?! Where are you from? Where's your favorite place to go, what level are you?
Im Danielle, 25, beginer/intermediate snowboarder, I love to slalom and take back trails. Im scared to go fast because it would be a HARD fall! Im excited to get healthier and lose more weight so I can really go at it. I love all the ski hills in northern, MI. Namely Whitecap- resort of choice.
What's goin on guys!!?
