Not really ready yet... I'm still in the recovery process after breaking my malleolus bone last June (yep, in June--I've never broken a leg or an arm during the winter season.)
Working on quads-squats, lunge and Strength Training can sure help as well as cardio.
What is exactly the "skier's edge machine." I don't think I have ever seen one. On my way to google it.
Right now I am resuming my Nordic Walking workout.
