Three days of skiing and boy are my legs feeling it. I'm sure gaining twenty pounds in the last year isn't helping at all. I look forward to starting the next season in better shape and seeing if it goes better.
Yesterday, I counted turns as if they were reps to motivate myself down the slope. Got up to 30 at once in cut up powder :). Today, I focused on being able to do larger sections of the runs without stopping. That was mostly accomplished by taking fewer turns though.
Ski exercise goal for the month: be able to do one of the ungroomed blacks at my local resort without stopping for a breather.
