My dorky streak continues...

While digging through some winter things yesterday, looking for clothing to bring to Alaska I came across a pair of ski pants that I thought I had given to my ex as they were too small for me.

I might have hung onto them, but they were WAY too small. I remember him holding them and asking why I wouldn't keep them if the whole point of losing weight was to fit into smaller ski pants. I was feeling pretty low about weight loss at the time and am pretty sure I either walked away or just ignored the fate of the pants.

I still have them I guess... so I tried them on....

and they fit.

Pants keep us honest. After all, a number on a scale or a tape measure can't keep us from getting dressed, but the pants can. ;-)

if that is a dork thing to do then, i am also a dork as I try on my pants every now and then to see who they are fitting.

It will be nice to ski this season without being hell uncomfortable as my pants are trying to cut me in half =]

really looking forward to it, not long now =]

Not so dorky...more like the excitement from your weight loss it sounds like. I was stoked when I put my snowboard pants on last year before the season started and I had to wear a belt with it and not worry about the snap button coming undone on the slopes.

I've been away from my main abode for a week now and am anxious to get back to my bed, my home, my projects, and hopefully my friends...

But most of all...

I'm anxious to get back to try on my ski pants. For some reason I'm all of the sudden curious of the change.
