I want a class to refresh myself (or learn for the first time) on how to fully utilize my poles. Since I've never skied on straight sticks, I never have had HUGE need for them and to be honest, I think it's one of the weaknesses in my form.
Anyone have any tips for improving my skills? I feel like a dunce.
