Last night I went to bed early so that I could get up early enough to run this morning before heading up the slopes with my son. Tonight I'll be getting everything organized for tomorrow (laundry, kids lunches, etc).

Maybe we all need to designate a time for ourselves to prep for the next day. I might try it for a week and see if my stress goes down.

I agree--I try to get the house "ready" for the next day (laying out my clothes, putting away laundry, doing dishes, etc). But I'm not doing too well at that lately!

Not specifically tonight: but I try to do the dishes in the evening so I don't have to face the sink full of dirty dishes the next morning, it just sets my day off better!

that will make it easier for you to have fun doing the stuff you love tomorrow?

If I get to bed at a reasonable time tonight, I can get up to go skiing tomorrow.

How about you guys?
