Sending you a heart felt prayer. I read a study that said in the end calories are calories so you may want to modify this low carb diet a little I can't do much beef myself but tuna, salmon, and chicken are all low carb. good luck

Hello and welcome to the team. Wow, that does sound like a tough diet for you. I'm not a doc by any means, but I feel food consumption is all about moderation unless you have food allergies. I do know there is low Carb pasta on the market now. Please check out all the links at the top of the page. Hope you find all the help & support you need here on our team. Best wishes to you. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Help, I have been on a low carb diet per my therapist who is treating me for weight loss and have lost very little. Am so discouraged. I have had a terrible time with my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue that I haven't exercised. Starting to feel little better as I went to a rheumatologist who has given me a new med to take for the pain. and the weather is getting warmer. But I don't like low carbs. I am a not a big meat eater and don't like beef at all. Sick of eggs. I just feel like a failure.
