30 minutes Lower Body Strength Training
35 minutes Trail Jogging...in a cold 28 degrees!!!

It was a big workout day. Two short walks at work, some cardio, almost an hour of weight work and a pilates class. I'm tired!
Not a regular workout. I will be working with a group for a dance practice, so that will be a bit of the workout with going over the routine again, and again, and again......
I think I will be at least in the 30 minute range.

not yet but I hope to get 30 minutes in sometime today.

tin: didn't work out
blue: 15 minutes
bronze: 30 minutes
silver: 45 minutes
gold: 60 and more minutes
