I like beans & sneak them into everything! I even bought bean flakes at the health food store so I can 'bean' up things that you don't expect. I put little white beans into soups, garbanzos in salads, extra kidney beans into stews etc & bean flakes into soups, stews etc. I save all the bean recipes I find here!!!

Jacque, have you tried the smoked turkey sausage in the Zatarin's Jambalaya? You can't tell the difference - it is so good! Saves on some calories and fats! I just tried turkey Italian sausage in a spaghetti dish the other day and it was yummy!
I know my DH & I would like it - one of our favorites is Jambalaya made with the Zatarin's package. We add smoked sausage, extra beans, & diced tomatoes with chilies. Don't know how healthy it is, but we added it to our food tracker. (Nice thing - everything we added has the nutrition information, so we added everything together and divided by 4 to get the calories per serving.
