Ilooked into the Spark plan and I made my own plan with trial and error and the food tracker using the seasonal fresh fruits and veggies in our area. I elimnated as much as possible all ingreadients that are not natural. We cook from scratch and control the amount of salt and sugars in our plan. We use a lot of spices and herbs and have good tastely healthy meals.

Does anyone here follow the Spark Plan?
And if so, how is the plan working for you.
I need to find something I can live with!
