Ilooked into the Spark plan and I made my own plan with trial and error and the food tracker using the seasonal fresh fruits and veggies in our area. I elimnated as much as possible all ingreadients that are not natural. We cook from scratch and control the amount of salt and sugars in our plan. We use a lot of spices and herbs and have good tastely healthy meals.
Keep on track

Does anyone here follow the Spark Plan? And if so, how is the plan working for you. I need to find something I can live with! Deb
