I eat everything I always ate, just make the most healthy choices that I can and make sure that it all fits into my daily food log! I tend to eat the same braekfast and lunch over and over , but I like them and find them satisfying. Dinner varies and so do snacks. You are welcome to take a look at my nutrition tracker if you'd like.

Just checking in on what people eat on a daily basis with their diet menu plans and what they look like.
Just to give me some idea, I think it would help me getting input! And I have no Willpower, I have the mindset but lose it.
