I do WW, but have been plateau-ing, so I'm now also tracking here as well. It helps to give me a better insight to carbs/fats/proteins/fiber that I don't get from tracking with just WW. I also like the Community pages MUCH better here than on WW; everyone here has always been very helpful and nice. IMO, Spark is more about overall health than just losing the weight, and more in tuned with motivation and emotional issues. Pam

Hi and welcome to Spark People and the team. The others are right, lots of people combine WW and SP, the programs seem to work well together. SP really focuses on setting goals and helping your reach them, how you get there is up to you and WW seems to work for a lot of people.

Today I am doing both Spark People and Weight Watchers! Yes they are different programs, bit they are enough alike that i think I can do this. I am doing WW to help keep me accountable so I can get beck on track!
