I've been having trouble with my knees, and the athletic trainer at the college told me not to walk today, and to come home and put ice on them. When the pain lessens I can start to walk again and gradually work my way back up to my mile. I really missed my walking today.

Just got back from the gym where I did 35 min interval training on the ET and core strength work. It's grey and chilly here in the PNW so I think I'll take my Mom to the mall for a walk this afternoon so she will get out of the house.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice!

Good morning Julie, Just got back from 30 mins at curves & did 100 crunches & some strenght training. Feel great this morning. All due to get moving. Right? Also the sun is shinning only 4 degrees but at least the sun is bright. Have a good day. Doris
