Hi Patty, I haven't gone through this, as I haven't lost enough weight yet, so first, congratulations on your accomplishment! I just wanted to say that the wrinkles won't hurt your health like excess weight will. I know that probably doesn't make you feel any better, but you're doing a good thing. Deb

Some of the lose skin does seem to tighten up a bit, not nearly as much as a younger woman but a bit. Toning your muscles with strength training helps some too!

Hi Patty, It's not the wrinkles that bother me it's the excess skin I will have when or if I lose the 100+ lbs. I need to loose. Being 66 in Aug. I know that the skin doesn't shrink or tighten like when I was 20-30. I will not go until the knife for rid myself of the extra skin but will keep trying to reduce it the best I can. As long as my health is better I guess I will live with it. I will keep watch for your feedback too. Tell your sister I hope she finds a solution.
I turned 60 last month and have lost nearly 50 lbs. Although I am really happy about that I am getting quite depressed because more wrinkles are appearing on my face with each pound I lose. This past month I have hit a plateau because I don't like what I see in the mirror. Has anyone gone through this? I would really welcome any feedback about this. I want to continue losing my final 30 pounds as soon as I can reset my brain. Thanks!
