Hey Everybody,
I appreciate all the wonderful feedback... lots of great ideas... but listing them as a favorite food and adding the nutritional values sounds like it will work best for me so that the report has the print out on it... Cool thinking and thanks.

WOW.....I have never thought to add them to my tracker. I just take mine every day. Might be a good idea to add them on SP.

I listed mine in the favorites area, I just took the info from the label and manually put it. Almost everything I eat,(except fresh fruits & veggies) I manually put in from food label. I know then, that is correct in nutritional value, because I put it in myself. It takes time, but I think it is worth it.

Maybe you could add them as a favorite food then just select them every day so they'll be added in when you run your report.

There's probably a better way, but I just took the info off the label and list them as a snack. 8-)

You can also list them under food groupings on your nutrition tracker.

I do mine under "other goals". (It's the selection below my fitness when you hover over "my tools".

There may be a better place. .

what have you done today to make yourself proud?

Can someone help me locate the area that I can record my daily meds and vitamins? I thought I saw this when I was surfing the site back last week, but I've tried to locate it and can't seem to find it?

I need to keep track of especially vitamin D and other daily meds.

The report of just my foods always shows that I'm low in Vitamin D, folic acid, potassium, and a few others. I think my vitamins are making up a good part of the difference but I can't be sure unless I can see it.

Also, I'm on several necessary meds daily and would like to see these listed. I know that some of my meds work against my vitamin intake and it would be nice to see it and be able to run a report when I go back to the doctor if possible.

I certainly would appreciate any help that you can offer. I'm taking baby steps and right now this is one I need to cross off so I can go to the next one. Thanks so much!!!
