Uuugh - up 2.5 pounds this week! Oh well - BLC30 starts today so hopefully if I eat right and exercise right this week it should come back off by next Wednesday weigh in.

Ok, back on the horse! I lost 15lbs last year for my daughter's wedding, and as soon as she was married, I slowly gained it all back again. well, almost all.
So I'm at 142 now, already down 3 lbs in two weeks, I can't believe it! Let's see if it keeps going, what with me in the middle of menopause and all!

I'm not getting on the scale for at least another week or two- but my clothes are a little bit looser today! I lost 25 pounds, then got careless and ate myself back up too many pounds; I'd already gave away all my 'fat' clothes' so really need to slim down to fit in my new stuff!!!!

Best advice I can give you, go on a light dose of HRT, it saved me and probably my marriage. Took the hot flashes away, and the anxiety too.

Read Psalm 25, it is a great Psalm to include in your life every day. Or go to Heart of the Word, and listen to their daily broadcast. Ron Mehl is great, he is no longer living, but truly is here in spirit.

I've lost 21 lbs this year not where I want to be in terms of the loss, but grateful for the progress however slow, I need to lose 120 lbs so every pound off gets me closer to health and hopefully pain free existence....

Back to Orange Theory Fitness after breaking a toe. The best work out I have ever participated in. Even though there are two groups- I t is like having a personal trainer. Go to any OTF in your area tell them Tay Percy sent you and they will give you a free trial.

I'm down 1 1/2 pounds this week, which will help me to stay motivated through the weekend. It's harder for me to limit my calories when I'm home because the food is right there! This weekend I'll focus on which foods I'm choosing. emoticon

Great Job mckatenh with the weight loss and that the knee is doing better. Knee pain is not a good thing at all.

I'm down two pounds. I changed up my exercise routines and committed to 64 oz. of water a day. Bingo! I hurt my knee a couple months ago so I had to hold off on high impact exercise. Last night I was able to go back to my regular kickboxing class and my knee seemed to do pretty well.
I was very pleased to see a difference on the scale this morning...tracking food, drinking water and getting exercise...it works if you do it. :)
