I decided to track my calories again today, having put on yet another 2 pounds in the past week :-( And it seems that because I have a PB&J sandwich (on a sandwich thin, so the bread's only 100 calories) I go way over my calorie intake just because of lunch, never mind the junk food I might eat during a day. The trouble is, nothing else sounds remotely good. I used to eat turkey with spinach and hummus which was much less calories, better all around I'm sure, but now I can't stand the thought of it.
I don't know what else to do. Any thoughts? Advice? Suggestions? Empathy? :-)
