These I have never heard of--but at this point I am desperate---I can't even remember the last night I sleep for than 2 hrs without waking up with these horrible night sweats --today I cried because I was up all night it seems and then I have to get up to come to work -- I mean my night sweats are constant -- I am extremely hot, followed my being col to the point of shivering---it's nightgown on -- nightgown off
As for coffee -- no more than 1-1/2 per day
alcohol -- I might have a cocktail once a month or probably more like every two months
exercise -- at least 30 minutes per day
I hope it works....
