Hello! I've found that consistency is key to loosing the pounds. Everyday tell yourself it'll be a good day and that you'll make good choices. But don't kick yourself either if you faulter. You'll get there!

i know its hard.. exercise plays a big part...food does too but exercise will help you lose.. have to be intense.. not every day but 3 times a week..i run on treadmill and walk and that really gets my heart rate up and helps me lose.. see what works for for you!!!

Hi Sandra, I am menopausal and not only couldn't I lose weight I put on 4 kgs in one month! Counting weight watchers points and calories and extra exercise did not shift it. What worked for me was reducing carbs, including wine and lattes or capacinos. ( I loosely followed the harcombe diet. It's on the net and free) I really was ready to almost give up but slowly The scale is going down instead of up. Good luck Kim

My name is Sandra.Finding it difficult to lose wieght since I had a hysterectomy done 3yrs ago.Do anyone have any suggestions or tips that might help me.By the way I am on HRT.All suggestions welcome.Thank-you!!!
