Yesterday I got back on track with counting my calories and I was down 1.8 lbs from yesterday morning, woo hoo, I can do this! Why do I forget how to do it, instead of panicking and jumping onto a fad diet, which makes me miserable and doesn't work in the long run . . . duh, you'd think I'd have this figured out by now!!!! Today is a new day and I've got my new resolve to do it the right and healthy way!
