Hi Liz I've been having wholemeal pitta with lettuce and cooked chicken pieces or tuna (pitta can get soggy with tuna if you are taking a pack-up though). If I could eat tomatoes I'd put that in as well. I also like rolls or sandwiches using light cheese spread instead of butter/marg or mayonnaise with cooked meats and salad. I can't really help with pre-exercise snacks as I try to workout within a couple of hours of breakfast but I say that you can't beat a banana as a snack any time. Great topic though, thanks. Fi

Hi everyone! Firstly I hope u are all making the most of the warmer weather! I was hoping for some help.I'm trying to think of some new but healthy lunch and pre-exercise snack ideas. Can anyone just tell me what u enjoy having for these meals to help me out? Thanks,liz
