To change your weight settings go into the Weight Goals at the bottom left of the start page. You can then put in your start weight, current weight and goal weight. Make sure that you select the pounds option and not kg. I think that should correct it for you. If it doesn't try looking at the FAQs from the link at the top of the start page.

Hope that helps. Congratulations on 7lb loss in 3 weeks.

Thanks everyone for your help - I survived the lure of the butty van, it's all ok!

Have also just survived a Pizza Hut all you can eat buffet lunch too - I had just the salad bar, and avoided all the bad dressings, so feeling pretty virtuous now!

By the way, my tracker is showing in kilos, but it should be pounds - anyone know how to change this? So I've actually lost half a stone in three weeks, not 7 kilos!! emoticon

Sounds like you have got back on track-well done. I chew sugar free gum to stop me feeling like nibbles but I am at home all day so maybe it is more acceptable here than in a office to chew gum.

You have done so well in 3 weeks emoticon

I usually do have snacks but I've run out without realising! Have made myself a cuppa too, as well as the water, hopefully that will stave off the hunger (might make me pee like a racehorse though for the next few hours!!).

Thanks for the help!

Drink lots of water! and get some snacks to keep in your desk for next time. I always bring extra fruit in my lunchbox to have at about 10.30 when my stomach starts growling. I also have iced gems in my desk draw for when I need something sweet as they are less than 100 calories a bag.

Good luck surviving till lunch time and don't worry if you don't, you will learn from it and make a plan for next time.

Morning everyone,

Just need a bit of a boost - my stomach's growling away like mad this morning, and I've got no snacks in my desk drawer to stave off the hunger pangs till lunch - any ideas?

It's my own fault really for not having breakfast, but the office sandwich van will be here in half an hour and I don't want to go and buy something, because I know I will end up splurging on greasy baked goods (why do they have to call them 'good'??!).

Help me out please, it's the first time since I started three weeks ago that I've had a wobble like this, and I don't want to throw away all my hard work.

Becci
