Alright, I see there are not many members here but hopefully we can help each other :)
I'm fairly new to this and I've realized too strenuous of an exercise is NOT good. So now I do barely anything except maybe go to the gym once or twice a week. I'm almost scared to exercise even fairly hard.
I have a half marathon I signed up(husband) up for a while back and I would at least try and jog it if that is alright.
What types and level of exertion has been OK for you? Any wisdom to share...please.
I'm very bummed about my race. I used to go to the gym 5 days a week before injuries and now maybe once or twice after my Epstein Barr diaganosis.
Anyone here know their EPV numbers? I just don't know how bad I am except I feel terrible more and more. My are above 600 for both antibodies tested.
