S. Carolina is just one of many states that will pass the "nullification" of Obamacare I'm sure...I expect Texas (my state) and many other "red" states to do the same while their citizens suffer from more health related issues than those in the blue states

I looked at the Huff video and the commentator pointed out that you can't really just ignore a Federal law, but you CAN drag your feet over implementation. *sigh* Why does everything useful have to be such a FIGHT?!?!?

The bad news: South Carolina has passed a "nullification" law declaring Obamacare illegal and setting criminal penalties for its implementation. Can't wait to hear what the Feds have to say about that.
