So, I have been watching this season's Biggest Loser on Hulu and something that Dr. H said to one of the contestants has stuck with me for a couple of days now and I wanted to share it with my teams:
"If I told you that you had lymphoma, would you take 2 hours out of your day for chemo?"
The implication was clear. The long-term effect of obesity is every bit as deadly as lymphoma, perhaps even moreso. So why won't we take the time out of our day to "treat" that?
Just some food for thought!
