Great advice...bottom line is you either take care of yourself now or you pay the price later...it's really as simple as that....everyone has an excuse that they believe is "valid" for them not exercising...but the truth is everyone has at least 30 minutes to spare a day...no one ever said it had to be consecutive minutes...you can get some stuff done during commercials of your favorite tv shows if you wanted to...

The thing is, if you do not make nutrition and fitness a priority, eventually you will be too unhealthy and out of shape to accomplish much elsewhere in your life, nevermind enjoy it. I finally learned that but wish I had learned it before damage was done.
One of the secrets is "Yes You Do So Have Time!" I get really annoyed by people who tell me about how they don't have time for exercise and such but can then tell me about what happened on their favorite TV shows that week. It's just a crock! Almost everyone has time, but they just don't make it a priority.
CMRAND, good answer for thosee who say they can't afford a gym membership. For those who honestly possibly can't afford the doctor or the gym membership, walking is free. special shoes and clothes for it tho nice are optional. A jump rope is cheap. Small hand wts can be found at garage sales. Re those who can't take the time..got time to be sick instead?
Yes, good point. Taking time to buy and prepare healthy foods and get regular exercise is so important to good health. My gym membership costs me less than doctor visits and medication for diabetes and high blood pressure.
Good point..lymphoma isn't even the leading cause of death in the US..heart disease is..and obesity gravely increases one's probability of developing heart disease, hypertension, type II diabetes, etc. The time I take for proper nutrition and exercise . is what keeps my hypertension and DMII under control. I want to live, and I am worth it!
