I do not see how this can garner support for their organization. I didn't see any mention of why people needed semi-automatic weapons.

WOW...just watched the NRA press conference and they are more deranged than I thought...their response is to have an armed guard at every school in America...no mention about the mass shootings in Aurora, the daily killings all across the country...no nothing...just the famous "the only thing that can stop a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun"....couldn't believe that I actually heard their President say that but then again I guess I shouldn't be shocked...so sad...

Well, they only have a few weeks to get something started...I prefer a "task force" and not a "committee" because at least you know they have been given a specific job to do...and I think Biden is the right person to lead it...gotta start somewhere... emoticon

A "task force" doesn't sound too promising, but we'll see. He did set an early deadline. They need to do something NOW.
