My husband & I own our own pest control business. TRUST ME........EVERY restaurant kitchen has ROACHES! It CAN NOT be avoided! Not only that; but some of the 5 star restaurants have the DIRTIEST KITCHENS!
We eat out at least once a week, so we HAVE to put that out of our minds! (AND... we don't eat at ANY of our customer's restaurants)
i worked in a restaurant kitchen many years ago. It was almost enough to make me give up going out to eat. I remember the guy washing the pots and pans used to spit in the dish water. The head chef said not to worry because heating up the pots would kill all the germs anyhow.
Do I dare disturb the universe?
We must risk delight.
