Ok so I will have to give up energy drinks starting tomorrow! There is no way I can make this drive tonight without one or ten!!!! Ryan and me think it'd be best if I do a few hours worth (he has been at work since 4:30 pm last night and it's 5:44 mow and hes still there). Once he gets home he has to head to Amarillo and drop 3 of the dogs off for boarding! And that will be a good 3 hours! So he will try and catch up on sleep. But I get off at 4 (hopefully). They are trying to get me out ASAP because they didn't realize how far Houston was!!! Hello y'all know Dallas is like 7 hours away!!! So y'all should figure Houston is further!

So I may not be on all weekend! But will get in workouts...maybe! My body might be physically drained

Well I've cut soda completely but have been drinking energy drinks like crazy!!!!! So I will cut those..... hopefully

Good morning Knotties!!!

Week 6 is a huge challenge for me. I am still trying to kick whatever I caught. It is hard to breath most days not doing anything, let alone working out.
Positive in this... I am drinking way more water than ever before! I am making it 6 (16.9 oz)bottles a day which I have never done before.
I am getting walking in and still doing the stairs at work and walking the dog at night but I need to focus on getting myself well before I continue to try to lose. I am getting my veggies and fruits in... Replaced bread with fruits and veggies while I'm sick. No soda for me, just tea and water.

How are all of you doing? Fill me in. Give me updates! Do you want anything off the challenges that you hate? Anything you want to add?

Help me out so we can all be involved!!

Knotties!!!!

Good morning and HAPPY MONDAY!

Week 6 brings us great things...

Drink 10 cups of water a day
-45 minutes of cardio a day (light or heavy)
-3 days worth of upper body weights
-Eat three servings of fruits and veggies
-Do three days worth of Ab exercises for minimum of 20 minutes per day week
-20 squats per day, three times a week.
-Try cutting out all soda for one whole week. See if you can notice the difference in you.

Cutting out soda was a big one for me and now I do not miss it at all!

What do you guys want to see in the challenges. Anything you hate and want me to replace? Fill me in. Give me thoughts!
