Good morning and HAPPY MONDAY!
Week 6 brings us great things...
Drink 10 cups of water a day
-45 minutes of cardio a day (light or heavy)
-3 days worth of upper body weights
-Eat three servings of fruits and veggies
-Do three days worth of Ab exercises for minimum of 20 minutes per day week
-20 squats per day, three times a week.
-Try cutting out all soda for one whole week. See if you can notice the difference in you.
Cutting out soda was a big one for me and now I do not miss it at all!
