Good afternoon Knotties!!
Week four is upon us! I do not want to change anything this week as I just received a promotion and I know there are more people joining us. I want to get everyone caught up on what we are working on. I will be keeping this week the same as last. Lets kick it into high gear and blow this week out of the water!

-Drink 10 cups of water a day
-45 minutes of cardio a day (light or heavy)
-And 3 days worth of upper body weights
-Eat three servings of fruits and veggies
-Do three days worth of Ab exercises for minimum of 20 minutes per day week
