Don't let a little slip get you down! We went out with friends Saturday and had a good ol time. Way over cals but you have to live some too and have fun!

So sorry about work, I feel the same way right now. We are short handed by two people so doing anything is madness and I never get down time!! It will improve soon.. Keep your chin up!

I will be married in Aug. 2014 and be on a honeymoon shortly after in Europe.

I am skipping my workout tonight. Work was so hectic today! We couldn't even go to the restroom it was so busy. And my feet are swollen from standing, so I think I'll wake up extra early and do something.

Things were going awesome but I think I'm slowly falling off the wagon! Need to snap out of it and think about looking great and feeling great. I've been avoiding steak and ate one! Now I did split it into 2 meals (and shared the 2nd half with Ryan) So that is better than normal!

Ugh, squats! I might add that in next week. I hate them but you cannot deny the feeling the next day!

This is week I am doing so much better. My water intake is the only thing slacking but I am doing well with getting home and getting cardio in and upper body in. I am looking forward to abs tonight.... Getting it out of the way. Lol

On top of this I have added in a squat challenege! On day 2 and I am dying! But its worth it.

Good afternoon Knotties!!
Week four is upon us! I do not want to change anything this week as I just received a promotion and I know there are more people joining us. I want to get everyone caught up on what we are working on. I will be keeping this week the same as last. Lets kick it into high gear and blow this week out of the water!

Check in with us and let us know how you are doing. I would love to hear questions, ideas, anything!

Share with us!!

Challenge....

-Drink 10 cups of water a day
-45 minutes of cardio a day (light or heavy)
-And 3 days worth of upper body weights
-Eat three servings of fruits and veggies
-Do three days worth of Ab exercises for minimum of 20 minutes per day week
