Last week was good for the most part!!
I did 8 cups of water 6 days, I missed one day... I am working my way to 12 but that's a huge feat for me to overcome!
I did 30 minutes of cardio.. 2 days, the rest I did over!! WooHOO
I did upper body two days last week. I missed one... I was battling headaches almost all week.
I did veggies 3 days and fruit 4 days, I am trying... I forgot how hard that is some days!
I did one day of abs! Sunday, I was suppose to get up and do it but Fiancée and I slept in. It was worth it!
This week I see more cardio as perfection since I am already doing it!! I am looking forward to it. For ads, I need to get better so I am looking forward to pushing myself and holding myself accountable.
