Good morning. So Sorry for the delay... With mothers day and my PROMOTION!!! I have been so swamped to get on and reply this weekend.

I was thinking now that we have a few more girls involved and the fact I slacked just like you did because its been sooo busy, we keep it the same this week and bump it up next week. Get us all a chance to catch up and get a breather in but work towards our goals!!

Thanks! So this weeks challenge started off great!!!!! But then went to hell these past few days. Have not ran and worked out. Did meet my water and fruit and veggie intake! :) But working out wise heck no. Been passing out shortly after getting off. But this week has been busy!

What shall out next challenge be?

Girl the weather is nuts everywhere!!

South Florida has been getting rain storms and tornados for the last three days, flooding everywhere... Its madness!!!

I will be getting a lot in this weekend as well. We have friends coming over so deep cleaning the house and outside games (should the weather hold) and lots of fun and walking and moving.

Excited for this weeks challenges! Hopefully I get in my long hike Saturday! CO got hit with a snow storm and cold front! :(. Hope all the trails are good to go Saturday. If not we will be walking tons still... zoo, cave of the winds, aquarium and tons of other things.

We can do this!!!!!!!

Good morning Knotties!!!

So I created a spreadsheet for the challenge goals. I put all in a different column and I put the days of the week and decorated to my likings so I know I will look at it and want to do better!!

So its set up with days of week at top and each challenge idea on the side and I will check off what I do, X what I dont and I have a food tracker at bottom and I also use My Fitness Pal on my phone. I have a box for measurments as well.

My current weight is 218. Thats all I want to share. I hope we can get more people in here and I encourage you to change the goals to fit you but chime in!!

If you need motivation, Im here. Encouragement, Im here. Celebrate, I am Definitly HERE!! Anything you need... Lets get this going!!!

Good morning Knottie team!!

I am pleased to announce I am a co leader for this group and I want to get the challenge started. Its May first and I am ready and motivated to move in the right directions.

The first week was Week 1...

-Drink 10 cups of water a day
-30 minutes of cardio a day (light or heavy)
-And 3 days worth of upper body weights

This week would be awesome if we can add:

-Eat three servings of fruits and veggies
-Do two days worth of Ab exercises for minimum of 20 minutes per day.
