Good morning Knottie team!!
I am pleased to announce I am a co leader for this group and I want to get the challenge started. Its May first and I am ready and motivated to move in the right directions.
The first week was Week 1...
-Drink 10 cups of water a day
-30 minutes of cardio a day (light or heavy)
-And 3 days worth of upper body weights
This week would be awesome if we can add:
-Eat three servings of fruits and veggies
-Do two days worth of Ab exercises for minimum of 20 minutes per day.
