Alright guys and gals! We should of all posted about our challenge! Well I did manage to get my cardio in! Even with the driving to Amarillo and back daily. It was hard and honestly I wanted to throw in the towel.
Now my water intake has been down a bit. I did manage the 8 cups but I am supposed to do 12... Some days couldn't do it.
I am down to 172!!!!! Just need to kick my butt into gear to help with it more...
Anyone have ideas for a challenge this week?
I am thinking of restarting my C25K. So might add in jogging to the mix if you do not already jog. The app is free and it really helps! My cardio was mainly walking and taking stairs. and a few min of jogging here and there. So I am sure if I start on week 7 I will die hahaha. So might just restart it all.
Also lets try to get in 5-7 fruits and veggies in daily this week!
- I now know how it is hard for some people to do this! Working all day and sometimes having to order in to work is not fun, so it has been hard to get some fruits and veggies in me. I get to go home for lunch unless we are swamped. I would bring lunch but there is no telling if we would be swamped or not. I'm thinking of asking Ryan to bring me something healthy next time it happens. I am tired of eating the grill! If I see another hamburger I might die!
