Wow! Can you believe it?? We're already at the end of February! 2009 is flying by right before our eyes :)

This week's challenge: Tone it up!!!

By now, you've seen some positive changes in your body. You might have lost 1, 5, 10 or even 15 pounds or more.

What should you do now? Tone your body!

Use resistance bands, dumbells, or weight machines to increase muscle, increase your metabolism, and have an overall toned body look.

of course, it will take more than a week for results, but if you make it part of your routine, you can have a smokin' body! :) emoticon emoticon emoticon


By the way, you shouldn't be afraid of weight lifting. It will not bulk you up like a man. Unless you're taking testosterone or steroids (which I HIGHLY doubt it! lol) you should always do some weight lifting with a cardiovascular routine.
