I've been debating which book to start off with. I was going to get Jillian Michael's Master Your Metabolism because I really feel like my hormones are out of whack. Then I came across two other books that seemed interesting. Tosca Reno's The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged and Jackie Warner's This Is Why You're Fat (And How to Get Thin Forever). Has anyone read more than one of these? I want to know how they compare to each other. I'd like to buy all three, but not sure if it's worth my time and money. Any input will help :)
