Jillian says eat every 4 hours.
Which is tough for me! I get up around 6, am at work by 6:30, and try to eat by 6:45. So that would mean I need to eat at 10:45, and then again at 2:45 and then 6:45, and that would be my last meal because of not eating after 8 pm (I say 8 for me because I like to be in bed by 9, so I wouldn't be eating after 9 :p)
I guess it's not as problematic as it seemed in my head :p I just need to figure out what to eat at those times :p

I do have one other thing. Jillian says not to eat after 9, because of how your body metabolizes the food. But spark people says that it doesn't matter when you eat. . .What do you think?
