I stay away from wheat as a general rule due to some inflammation issues, so no, I don't eat it. I LOVE grains and cereals, but as a general rule, my body doesn't like them so I keep them to a minimum. I don't think I will ever quite get over the "good ol' days" when I didn't know how bad it was for me to be eating multiple bowls of Golden Grahams, Fruit Loops, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. *sniff*

I used to till I found them on a list of GMO lobby money contributors, and I'm not eating wheat products in general anymore.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

I'm not particularly fond of cereals because I generally don't feel well after I eat them. When I bought Kashi I got exceptionally ill - huh.....

I used to! I actually thought I was doing something good for myself.
I really hate the dishonesty associated with food labels.
So many, many of us are trying very hard to be healthy and are being lied to at every turn!
FRUSTRATING!

I used to eat Kashi (and cereal in general). I don't anymore because 1) all the GMO 2) I've basically given up grain for the most part. I still occasionally have some brown rice though...

Thanks for the links!
