Thanks for posting the article! Eating whole foods is the answer. I follow wheat free (pretty much paleo) but I do believe that not everything works for everybody but I believe the article is correct and we have to get away from processed food.

He is the nutritional consultant for Clean Eating Magazine. Thanks for the link. He most likely doesn't mention grain because it most certainly is the one food group that humans can live without. In fact out digestive tract really isn't meant to eat grains at all.
