These sound good! Here's a super-easy, tasty vinaigrette for those who want to avoid fat:
1/4 cup white balsamic or other vinegar (also good with red wine vinegar or regular balsamic) 1/4 cup water 1/4 tsp stevia extract (I use SweetLeaf, as it is the purest, without additives like dextrose) a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and any dried herbs you like
Wow - these sound great! I love avocado so that will be the first I try. I grill alot of veggies and sometimes for different taste, at the end I add a bit of pesto but both of these sound like great alternatives to the pesto, garlic or ginger I usually use as well as for salad!

Of course, I had a hard time leaving it alone, and there weren't any measurements given... so here is my (revised) recipe:
50 grams sun dried tomatoes (rehydrated with boiling water and drained) 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1 cup olive oil 1 tsp dried oregano 1 clove garlic 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp grated parmigiano cheese
Ummmm.... the Avocado dressing was GREAT! Really thick and creamy! Makes about 1 cup, so I wish yo were all here to share it with me. Don't know how the rest will keep in the fridge. I covered inplastic and in an airtight container. I was thinking MMMM I bet this would make a nice spread on a chicken sandwich.
Don't know if this is low carb but I am going to make this one this week: Avocado Dressing 1 large avocado 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1 teaspoon hot sauce 1/4 extra virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves 3/4 teaspoon salt
