almond crusted oven fried chicken thighs, steamed broccoli topped with butter.
For dessert I had strawberry shortcake; almond flour shortcake topped with sliced strawberries and home made whipped cream with stevia (no sugar)

Baked cod (allegedly wild cod, but who knows anymore unless you catch it yourself), green beans and cauliflower. That was last night. Mushroom & bell pepper fritatta tonight, with a fresh garlic demi-loaf from Trader Joe's.

Problem: the longer I eat cleaner, the more discerning my palate becomes - and I can taste all kinds of unpleasant ingredients that I didn't use to be able to taste!

celery stuffed with chicken liver pâté (homemade with organic, free range chicken) topped with sauerkraut and a big glass of veggie juice. This has become my favorite evening meal; leaves me completely nourished and never stuffed so I sleep well. If I had kids I probably wouldn't get to eat this way.

Whole wheat flatout bread pizza with TJ's piza sauce, olives and shredded mozzarella cheese - first time trying it, it was pretty weak, but has possibilities for being better if I try it again. I had to chase it with an ounce of Irish cheese and some RosemaryRaisin crackers from Trader Joe's.

Made an AWESOME soup of carrots, homemade chicken stock, fresh orange (juice and zest), fresh ginger, cream, butter, cumin & cilantro all pureed into a smooth yummyness. Fabulous! Finished dinner with the last of today's veggie juice and then a glass of red wine. Cheers!

WOW you ladies no how to cook up some yummy dinners, Red Snaper - Bacon wrapped turkey breast with veggies and salad sounds good to me!

Just a simple ground turkey taco on a fresh made masa shell.

I did find a turkey breast yesterday and wondering if I should bake or BBQ it wrapped in bacon?
What do you think?

Bacon wrapped turkey breast, mixed vegetables and a whole wheat biscuit. Not the greatest but my excuse is that I spent the day with my 20 mo. old granddaughter. She "made" the biscuits.
