I like to take my Pralus 100% and melt it with some stevia and nuts. I like the Pralus chocolate. Not a single thing is added to it. It's also organic and fair trade.

A 1-inch square of dark chocolate (70%)
It would be pretty darn paleo if it weren't for the chocolate eh?

Last night: fresh-caught never-frozen wild salmon (baked), fresh brussel sprouts from Farmer's Market (steamed), and mediterranean orzo with artichoke (leftover from a potluck). It was good & I feel lucky to be able to eat food that is that good!

Oh splotzenbooger! I'm not doing so well. Last night I had cabbage, risotto made with wine and whey with homemade cottage cheese on top. I should have at least added an egg to that. My back is making me so tired lately. I'll get better if I just stop sitting here!

Aw! Thanks! That means a lot!

Here are some of my favorites. I haven't made in a while. I have tried using stevia for ice-cream, and it tastes really good when you first make it. However, it seems that after it has been in the freezer for a day or teo it turns into a brick of ice.
So, I would recommend using some form of less processed sugar instead of stevia (unless you are going to eat it right away)
Some of these recipes I used STEVIVA BLEND. It's twice as sweet as sugar. So, if you use sugar, then double it.

Protein icecream recipes I haven't tried... but, if you make frozen yogurt, try it with Greek yogurt.

I was going to ask you about that Laura (ice cream maker)
Any great recipes? Maybe that incorporate protein?
Did you know there is a thread here on SP that asks "who motivates you on SP?" You are one of 3 people I said!
Just so ya know, I appreciate you! emoticon

I can't keep up with you girl. My back is giving me the fits today. So I cooked up stuff that was right in front of me.
Leftover quinoa/kamut pasta
heated up in a pan with butter
Add a chopped tomato
Add some cottage cheese.
Actually it was good.

Last night: bison stew made with tomato, parsnips, onion, carrots, and celery reduced down into more of a thick hash actually. Fried egg on top and a slice of cheese in between. Might do the same tonight.

Ha! Somebody told me that I eat food in weird combinations, but I had to explain that I eat all at once so I have to group 4-5 meals altogether into two plates. After not eating for 17-18 hours I have no problem taking in 2000 calories all at once. :p

After actually reading down what I eat for dinner it must look weird to everyone. :p I only eat one meal a day and then I'll have hydro whey after my workout so that's why my dinner looks ODD.

I had brown rice, wild rice, turkey patty (95/5), bbq sauce, ketchup, dijon mustard, whole grain pita (100 cal), sardines in tomato sauce, 2% milk, hydro whey, broccoli and EVOO (2 TBSP).

I'm having the same as yesterday, but since I seem to losing weight at a fairly alarming rate (.5 -1 pound per day), I'm gonna add a homemade protein/energy bar for dessert.

Dinner is going to be 2 large portions of eggplant lasagna. It's loaded with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and of course, eggplant. lol

mmmm that sounds really tasty!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Roasted bone-in chicken breast, steamed broccoli, pureed, roasted, home-grown acorn squash. I'm so amazed at how good and sweet that squash still was. I took it out of the freezer this morning and saw the date that I had roasted and frozen it--November 2010. My garden gave me some good stuff in 2010.

Not too hungry tonite.
Had 12 ounces of low sodium chicken broth and 6 ounces low sodium deli turkey.
Too full for anything else.

Grass fed beef stew, with potatoes, carrots and onions from our garden. It quickly became stew weather when we woke up to snow!
