Hi, and welcome. When I started with Sparkpeople I made a 'checklist', it said to - spin the wheel every day, - fill in the goals, - check the wall on the sparkpage, - look at my friend feed and respond to blogs.

I have done WW for long long time, off and on and off and on and.. well you get the idea. These forums are a bit confusing to me so I need some help. I also signed up on the New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women team and want to try to incorporate both to help me meet my goal. it is no longer a "lose weight and get skinny" thing, for me it is get in shape, build muscle and get STRONG!
