I love a good meal plan and started to follow those in the magazine, but since I subscribed in July, and started following the Meal Plans in September I am seasonally off a bit. So I decided to go to the website and look at the archived meal plans and shopping lists. What I really liked about the July plan was that the shopping list was tailored so that you used everything and nothing spoiled. The 2010 meal plan for fall doesn't seem to be working out that way. I'm wondering if someone has been reading/following these meal plans for awhile and found them to get better and more refined over time. Because I also noticed that the 2010 plan has a few more slightly processed foods which the more recent plan didn't, but I wonder if that's because it's fall. I would love to hear someone else's thoughts on this.
