Wow, dairy - I eat plain Greek yogurt daily and cottage cheese almost as much. I'm a vegetarian and that is one easy way to get in some protein.

My doctor convinced me to buy only organic foods. That's not so hard in the summer since I have an organic garden, but I'm sure it will be a challenge this winter. I've found good deals on organic beef and chicken at Sprouts and hopefully we'll have a Trader Joe's by next year.
