Thanks for that info. Now that I'm recovering from hand surgery, I have trouble meeting my minimum calories too. Still have few more weeks of recuperation, but at least I can chop veggies again.
Remember, nobody can go back to the very beginning and make a brand new start, but anyone can start here and make a brand new end.
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results."
As soon as you get going in the gym you won't have this problem anymore. I used to think that getting in all of my calories in for the day was a chore and disgusting, but today...nope. I take in 2400 calories a day.
I have been trying really hard to make sure I eat within my calorie range, but on most days I just fall short. I try to force myself to eat more food but most of the time I'm just too full. I also want to listen to my body and stop eating when my body tells me I'm full. Is anyone else having this issue? Help!!!!!!
