Thanks Bonnie!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

I am also boycotting several brands that are helping to fund the non GMO labeling project. Here's an article that contains a bunch of "traitor" brands. You have to scroll down about half way to see where they are mentioned. Brands like Kashi, Knudsen, Silk, Santa Cruz, Cascadian Farms, Muir Glen, etc. So many brands that most people associate with clean, organic foods. The parent companies of all these brands is spending many thousands to defeat Proposition 37.

Santa Cruz was my favorite peanut butter. My dh likes Knudsen organic pineapple juice in his drinks. I like to keep a few Cascadian Farms frozen veggies in the freezer just for emergency and a couple of Lara Bars here and there for a lazy treat. No More! Not until these companies change their tune!

I have found another brand of organic peanut butter that I really like. It's called "Once Again" and I found another brand of organic pineapple juice on Amazon.com. Lime juice too.

What annoyed me is that Smucker's declined to comment. For some reason I can see a Smucker's Natural Peanut boycott in my future!
