Well, I used spelt because it has less gluten. Not sure how it would work out gluten free. I suppose if you found a good GF cornbread recipe...

Any ideas on how to make these gluten free? I have yet to try gluten free baking.

Also, if you don't have spelt, you can just use whole wheat flour. I have issues with wheat so I used spelt for the recipe..

I added it to a cookbook to try when the grandson visits in a couple of weeks, assuming that summer is done by then. These 90+ days are getting old. I'm ready to fire up the oven again and do some baking as soon as it cools off.

If you don't have steviva belnd then just use a tablespoon of sugar or honey.

Treat for the Kids. I used Schneiders Naturals weiners. For a hotdog, they are not too bad as far as added ingredients.
